CoinCasino is a crypto-only casino and sportsbook launched in 2023 by Igloo Ventures SRL of Costa Rica. It takes 21 cryptocurrencies, runs more than 4,000 games and advertises a 200% welcome bonus up to $30,000. We rate it 2.6 out of 5. The game library and crypto banking are solid. Against that, the licence trail does not lead cleanly to coincasino.com, the bonus carries 60x wagering, and its Trustpilot score is 1.8 from 210 reviews.

Unlike the other offshore sites we reviewed this month, CoinCasino's pages loaded for us on 8 October 2026, so the bonus terms, restricted-country list and licence seal below come from the site itself. We then checked the licences against the Anjouan and Tobique regulators' own records, and the reputation against Trustpilot and three independent reviews from December 2025 to July 2026.

Who Runs CoinCasino, and Under Which Licence?

This is the part to read slowly, because the answers do not line up.

  • Anjouan: review sites say CoinCasino holds Anjouan licence ALSI-142311005-FI2. The Anjouan register does list that licence for Igloo Ventures SRL, valid from 15 November 2023 to 14 November 2026, but the only domain it covers is casinopayservice.com, not coincasino.com.
  • Tobique: the seal on coincasino.com links to the Tobique Gaming Commission in Canada, which shows the site as valid under a different Costa Rican company, 3-102-937894 Limitada. No licence number is displayed.
  • Terms and conditions: the site's own terms send complaints to Gaming Services Provider N.V. and mention a fourth name, Deep Sea Tech Ventures, in the fiat withdrawal clause.

So there is a licence seal that validates, but four company names and no single licence that names both the operator and this domain. The Anjouan licence most reviews quote also expires next month. None of these regulators has any standing in Singapore.

Crypto Banking and the "No KYC" Claim

You can deposit and withdraw in 21 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, Litecoin, TRON and TON. One review says you can buy crypto by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay inside the cashier. There is no SGD wallet and no PayNow. If you have not bought crypto before, our guide on how to buy crypto in Singapore explains which exchanges are licensed by MAS and what they will and will not let you do.

Withdrawal times in reviews range from instant to 24 hours; one test took 60 to 90 minutes. The terms cap crypto withdrawals at €150,000 a month and fiat at €4,000 a day. Many sites sell CoinCasino as "no KYC", and it is true that you can deposit without ID. But the terms allow the casino to ask for ID, a selfie or proof of funds before any withdrawal, and that is exactly what the most common Trustpilot complaints describe. Plan on being verified when you want your money out. Using a VPN is banned in the terms.

The Welcome Bonus, Worked Through

The offer is a 200% match on your first deposit, up to $30,000, from a $10 minimum, plus free spins on Wanted Dead or a Wild: 20 spins at $0.20 for deposits under $100, rising to 50 spins at $4 for $1,000 or more. You must deposit within 7 days of signing up. The catch is in how it pays out:

  • Wagering is 60 times the bonus, or 75 times for bonuses above $10,000, and you have 14 days.
  • The bonus is released in 10% instalments, one each time you wager six times your deposit.
  • Slots count 100%, game shows 50%, roulette 5%, other tables 20%, and sports bets do not count at all.
  • The maximum bet with bonus funds is $20, and no more than 10 times the bonus can be converted to cash.

Take a $100 deposit. You receive a $200 bonus and need $12,000 of slot wagering within 14 days to unlock all of it, or $600 for each $20 instalment. That is a lot of spins for a modest sum, and breaking the $20 bet rule is one of the reasons players say their winnings were confiscated.

Games and Sportsbook

More than 4,000 games come from 65 to 70 studios, led by Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and Play'n GO. The live casino has about 300 tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Live88, which covers baccarat, roulette and the game shows. The sportsbook lists more than 45 sports and 25 esports, and a Telegram bot lets you play from the messaging app.

Player Reputation

CoinCasino has claimed its Trustpilot profile, which shows 1.8 out of 5 from 210 reviews, 79% of them one-star. It does not reply to negative reviews. The complaints follow a pattern: withdrawals blocked behind repeated verification requests, deposits and winnings taken for bonus-rule breaches, and frozen accounts. An industry watchdog has also published a critical piece on its lack of KYC controls. Compared with 22Bet and Melbet, which have far more reviews and similar complaints, CoinCasino's smaller sample is just as negative.

Is CoinCasino Legal in Singapore?

No. Singapore is not on CoinCasino's restricted-country list, but its own terms bar anyone in a place where online gambling is illegal, which gives it grounds to keep a Singapore player's balance. Under section 20 of the Gambling Control Act 2022, gambling with an unlawful remote provider can bring a fine of up to SGD 10,000, up to six months in jail, or both. Singapore Pools is the lawful option for online betting here. The Gambling Regulatory Authority explains how unlawful sites and payments are blocked. Crypto does not change the legal position. Pros and Cons

Pros: 21 cryptocurrencies with fast crypto payouts; 4,000+ games from major studios; about 300 live tables; sportsbook and esports; site and terms load openly, so you can read the rules before signing up.

Cons: no licence that names both the operator and coincasino.com; four different company names; 60x to 75x bonus wagering with a 10x cash-out cap; Trustpilot 1.8 out of 5; "no KYC" does not apply to withdrawals; no SGD or PayNow; unlawful to use in Singapore.

Our Verdict on CoinCasino

CoinCasino is a capable crypto casino that is easy to read up on and hard to pin down. If you go ahead, skip the welcome bonus, which is worth little at 60x, keep your balance small, and expect ID checks before your first withdrawal. Bear in mind that the terms let the casino void a Singapore account. Frequently Asked Questions

Is CoinCasino licensed?

Partly, and not clearly. Its seal validates with the Tobique Gaming Commission under 3-102-937894 Limitada, with no licence number shown. The Anjouan licence that reviews quote, ALSI-142311005-FI2, belongs to Igloo Ventures SRL but covers a different domain and expires on 14 November 2026.

What is the CoinCasino welcome bonus?

A 200% match on your first deposit up to $30,000 from $10, plus 20 to 50 free spins on Wanted Dead or a Wild. Wagering is 60 times the bonus, or 75 times above $10,000, within 14 days, with a $20 maximum bet and a 10x cap on what can be converted to cash.

Does CoinCasino accept SGD or PayNow?

No. CoinCasino is crypto-only, with 21 coins including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and Solana. One review says you can buy crypto by card or Apple Pay in the cashier, but there is no SGD wallet or PayNow.

Is CoinCasino really a no-KYC casino?

Only for deposits. Its terms allow it to request ID, a selfie or proof of funds before any withdrawal, and most Trustpilot complaints are about withdrawals held for these checks.

Can Singapore players use CoinCasino legally?

No. Singapore is not on its restricted list, but its terms bar players where online gambling is illegal, and under the Gambling Control Act 2022 playing at an unlicensed site can bring a fine of up to SGD 10,000, up to six months in jail, or both.
